It is never too early to start thinking about anti-aging and the sooner that you start looking after yourself and your body, the slower the aging process will be. There are many things that you can do to keep the aging process at bay including changing your diet, following some simple skin care tips and avoiding certain things.

First of all, staying away from the sun and tanning beds is a good idea but if you cannot refrain from being out in the sun, make sure that you apply plenty of sun block. You can buy specific sun blocks for the body, the face and the lips and where possible, you should try and use all of these. Different areas of the sun need different levels of protection.
Drinking plenty of water is a good idea as this keeps the body hydrated, the skin supple and smooth and also can help with areas of the body such as the digestive tract and the circulatory system. Try and drink between six to eight glasses of water per day and if you find this difficult, you can add juice or even decaffeinated cups of tea and coffee to liven it up a little bit.
Moisturizing is vital for preventing the aging process prematurely. There are loads of anti-aging moisturizers that you can buy for different age groups and you should try and use moisturizers on a daily basis and one of the easiest times is when you get out of the shower or bath and are drying yourself.
There are plenty of ways that you can change your life to slow down the aging process and the best news is that it doesn’t matter when you start. Giving up smoking is one of the best things that you can do as well as slightly altering your diet,  and exercise patterns.
